Usage & Limits Analytics
This page summarizes where usage data appears in the dashboard and what it represents today. As of February 25, 2026, usage views also support quiz-level filtering and selected-quiz insights.

Available today
- Submissions this month: Counts submissions created since the UTC month start.
- Leads this month: Counts lead records since the billing period start (paid plans) or UTC month start (free).
- Leads & submissions chart: Paid plans can view daily leads and submissions for the last 7, 30, or 90 days.
- Quiz insights (selected quiz): Paid plans can view quiz funnel stages, block drop-off, and completion CTA outcomes by goal type.
Quiz filter behavior
- All quizzes: Dashboard charts and quiz insights aggregate all owned quizzes.
- Specific quiz: Dashboard charts and insights scope to one quiz id from the filter.
- Account-level cards:
Leads this monthremains account-level because billing limits are enforced per account, not per quiz.
Completion CTA goal types
- Goal type is a builder-defined key on completion CTA buttons (for example
request_demo,book_call,watch_webinar). - Goal type is optional and defaults to
unassigned. - Goal type can be set independently on base completion CTAs and score-rule CTAs.
- Analytics keep both:
- Goal type rollups to compare CTA intent performance.
- Rule index attribution to see which completion rule generated the click.
