QuizFlow Labs is a product of Innovative Edge Consulting.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Visitors to the QuizFlow Labs website
  • Registered QuizFlow Labs account holders (“Creators”)
  • End users who interact with quizzes built on QuizFlow Labs (“Respondents”)
  • Individuals who join waitlists, submit forms, or communicate with us

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account Information (Creators):

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Account credentials
  • Billing information (processed via third-party providers)

Quiz Content (Creators):

  • Quiz questions, logic, configurations
  • Branding settings (colors, logos, layouts)
  • Completion CTAs and redirects

Lead Data (Respondents):

Collected only when enabled by the quiz creator:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Other form fields defined by the creator

QuizFlow Labs does not determine what lead data is collected — this is controlled by the quiz owner.

Communications:

  • Emails sent to us
  • Support inquiries
  • Waitlist submissions
  • Feedback and feature requests
  • Questions submitted to the Docs AI assistant

Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in Docs AI questions.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

We may automatically collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and device information
  • Pages viewed and interactions
  • Referring URLs
  • Quiz completion events
  • Feature usage metrics

This data is used for:

  • Platform performance
  • Security
  • Product improvement
  • Aggregate analytics

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Deliver quizzes and collect responses
  • Enable lead capture and completion flows

We do not sell personal data.

4. Quiz Respondent Data (Important)

QuizFlow Labs acts as a data processor, not the data owner, for quiz respondent data.

  • Quiz creators control what data is collected
  • Quiz creators are responsible for compliance with privacy laws
  • QuizFlow Labs stores and processes this data only to provide the Service

If you are a quiz respondent and have questions about how your data is used, you should contact the quiz owner directly.

5. Lead Capture Controls

QuizFlow Labs supports:

  • Soft lead capture (optional / skippable)
  • Hard lead capture (required to view results)

The choice of lead capture method is made by the quiz creator. QuizFlow Labs does not enforce lead capture by default.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain user sessions
  • Understand site usage
  • Improve performance
  • Measure engagement

You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party providers for:

  • Payment processing (e.g., Stripe)

  • Hosting and infrastructure

  • AI inference providers (e.g., OpenAI) for documentation assistance

These providers only access data necessary to perform their services and are contractually obligated to protect it.

If you are a Customer using QuizFlow Labs to collect respondent data, our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) describes how we process Personal Data on your behalf.

8. Integrations & Webhooks (Current and Future)

QuizFlow Labs may offer integrations (e.g., webhooks, automation tools). When enabled by a creator:

  • Data may be transmitted to third-party systems
  • QuizFlow Labs is not responsible for third-party data handling
  • Creators are responsible for reviewing third-party privacy practices

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the Service
  • Meet legal and accounting obligations
  • Resolve disputes
  • Enforce agreements

Creators may delete quizzes or accounts, which will remove associated data unless retention is legally required.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Withdraw consent
  • Object to certain processing
  • Request data portability

12. Children’s Privacy
